What are your shipping times?
Shipping fee is $50 per order. Orders are shipped from China and typically arrive in 3-25 days depending on your country. Orders over $1,000 are shipped via USPS or UPS Express. If your package is lost or undelivered, we will resend it free of charge.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept SEPA bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, Monero). Paying with crypto gives you a 15% discount on your entire order. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Are your products third-party tested?

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. When ordering 10 or more kits, bulk pricing applies automatically — the discounted price is shown on each product card. Additionally, for every $1,000 in your cart, 10% of that amount is free (e.g., $2,000 cart = 20% discount applied).
Can you provide custom labeling and packaging?

What if my package doesn't arrive?
If your package is lost or not delivered during transportation, we will resend it for free until you receive it. Please contact us via Telegram or email within 30 days of the expected delivery date if you experience any shipping issues.
